HSDB Loan Updates. HSDB LLC and its loan officers send text messages to people who asked us to contact them, for example through the form on this website, by calling us, or by texting us first. Messages are about your loan inquiry: follow-ups, loan and rate information, appointment reminders and messages from your loan officer.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text-message box on our contact form and submitting it, by telling your loan officer you want texts, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no more after that. Reply START to sign up again.
